WebAbout 1-2 years ago I started burping after 26 years of no burps (shaker exercises + lots of practice). After I started burping I'd get those little mouth vomits kind of often, like food would just find its way back up. I thought actually vomiting must be a breeze without the esophageal sphincter being an issue. WebSometimes during but usually shortly after the vomiting, the diarrhea would start. This went from happening every other month or so to sometimes 3-4 times a month. After seeing a general practitioner (who was skeptical that anything was even wrong with me) several times, I finally got a referral to my first gastric specialist.
