Aug 31, 2024 · WebWithin about 15 minutes of getting my Vivoactive 4 it's stuck in a boot loop. I had just finished initial setup when it rebooted on its own and has been doing this since. I've tried holding the top button to turn off and reboot, which hasn't helped. I tried doing it while charging, again no luck.

Syncing works fine but again it stays stuck on this screen. WebVivomove HR actually has a hard reset button. It is located at back of device in opposite side of charging pins in a very tiny hole that could be pressed with a thin tool or carefully with a propelling pencil like I did. The hole may be dirty, so clean it up a little before pressing it. Press 15-20 seconds and you're good to go!
