WebFirst render attempt..cpu100% graphics card zero. Turned off CPU usage in advanced.. render again.. cpu usage remains low as if I'm just running a program.. but the GPU usage is at best 1-2% and often zero. You should monitor CPU usage. If it spikes to 100% during the GPU usage drops, then the CPU is potentially starving the GPU. You could try changing the NVCP setting "Power Management Mode" to "prefer maximum performance" and see if that helps.
