The oil pressure takes out the slack or free lash when the engine is running, provided you have enough oil pressure to the lifters and the lifters are working properly. It made about 687? hp at around 6800-6850 according to their dyno chart ( yes, they are trying to sell us something) I'm hearing that Trick Flow lifters are really Howard's and that Howard's are Murel street rollers. They have the .750 wheel. They are noisy as hell. They also set to 3/4 turn preload. According to Straub the #5372's also have the .750 wheel.
